Remembears Sixpence Artist Bear Overseas Teddy Bear

This is "sixpence" by Remembears by Michele Lommasson, an American teddy bear artist.

As the name suggests, the leather collar is adorned with an Australian sixpence coin (1942), considered a lucky charm.

According to an old British tradition, placing a sixpence coin in the bride's left shoe at a wedding ensures a happy marriage and financial security. Therefore, the sixpence coin has been cherished as a lucky coin in British culture for a long time. The British folk song "Sing a Song of Sixpence," which has been sung since the 18th century, is also included in "Mother Goose," making it a familiar coin for the general public (from the "World Coin Gallery" HP).

These bears were carefully collected one by one from the 1990s to the 2010s.
They have been carefully stored in a collection space away from direct sunlight. Bears with tags were basically stored with their tags, and I only touched them for cleaning, so I think all the bears are in very good condition (any stains or damage will be noted separately).

I would be happy if there is someone who will continue to cherish them.
